Setting alight the âMadchesterâ movement, DJ Magâs Ben Cardew said that the Happy Mondays were said to have erased âthe genre distinctions between rock, funk, soul, and dance music, making it sound perfectly natural for a band raised in rainy Manchester to create sunshine funk music.â
Featured in the new London Records house-bag, this 12â features a newly commissioned remix by Greg and ChĂ© Wilson, classic mixes by The Grid, Paul Oakenfold & Steve Osborne, and the Ears on Earth edit of âLoose Fixâ.
